Docenten is our latest addition with 248 modern and fresh student apartments spread over 7 floors with nice courtyards.

Docenten is a new, fresh and different student accommodation! From your apartment you have a view of one of the two courtyards, where you can hang out and have fun with your neighbors and student friends. In the same building there is a grocery store and dental care.
As with all our student accommodation, you have 10-month rent and internet included.

About the Apartments
The apartments are well-equipped and feature a stove with ceramic glass cooktop, a combined fridge and freezer, and a bathroom with a shower. The interiors are bright and fresh. In the one-room apartments, you’ll have your own storage space inside the unit. The two-room apartments come with either a balcony or a patio.
If you have a bicycle, you can park it on your floor. Each level has numbered, covered bicycle spaces.

Furniture Reuse
Leave items at P G Vejdes väg 4A (separate building in the courtyard).
You can leave: chairs, desks, coffee tables, lamps, shelves, dressers, etc.
❌ Please do not leave: upholstered furniture, broken or dirty items, beds, mattresses, or disassembled furniture.
Clothes & Household Items Reuse
Leave items in the entrance at Lyan 61.
You can leave:
- Clothes: sweaters, pants, jackets, shoes, etc.
- Household items: cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc.
Please make sure everything you leave is in good condition – something you would use yourself.
For residents in one-room apartments:
Storage space is available inside the apartment.
For residents in two-room apartments:
Heated storage units of approximately 1 square meter are located in stairwell 7C.
