1. Access to Your Student Apartment
You can access your new student apartment from 2:00 PM on the first working day of the month.

- We want you to feel at home in your new apartment. That’s why we always inspect it before you move in.

5. Home Insurance – Your Responsibility
As a tenant, you are required to have valid home insurance. It not only covers damage to your belongings but also protects you in case of major incidents like fire or water damage.

6. Register Your Address – How It Works
If you sign a lease for a student apartment, you must be registered at that address and actually live there.
- Your apartment number is part of your official address.
- You must be registered at the correct apartment.

7. Want to Move In Early? Here’s How
If you and the current tenant agree on an earlier move-in date, the current tenant must contact us before key handover.
A few days early:
No new lease is signed. The current tenant remains responsible for the apartment until the end of their notice period.
One month early:
Both parties must confirm the arrangement with us—either in writing or verbally—no later than the 15th of the previous month. A new lease will only start from the 1st of the month.
